Privacy policy

This policy covers fightingzs.com and arcaneblademasters.com, both run by Becoming Legendary LLC, doing business as FightingZs ("we"). It explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, how we protect it and the choices you have.

Children

Our sites are for a general audience. Accounts are only available to people 13 and older. If someone tells us they are under 13, we don't create an account and we don't store what they entered. They can still browse the site. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we delete it. We never use advertising pixels for visitors who aren't signed in, for members under 18, or for accounts linked to Roblox. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Information we collect

• Account: your name, email address, date of birth and a hashed password (we never see your actual password). We use your date of birth to confirm you are old enough for an account and to decide whether advertising pixels may be used.
• Roblox: if you link Roblox or sign in with it, see Roblox below.
• Orders: what you bought, your shipping name and address, and order history. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive the payment status and the last digits of your card, never the full number.
• Support: the messages you send us and our replies.
• Activity on the site: which episodes and chapters you've watched or read (so you can pick up where you left off), quiz results, and notifications we've sent you.
• Reader codes: premium content is marked with a code that identifies your account. See Reader codes on premium content below.
• Email preferences: whether you opted in to news emails, and when.
• Technical data: like most websites, our servers log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To run your account and the site, deliver what you buy, send receipts and shipping and ticket updates, answer support requests, keep your progress, send news emails if you opted in, prevent fraud, abuse and piracy, comply with the law, and understand and improve our game and the site. We don't use your information for purposes not listed here.

Roblox

If you link your Roblox account or sign in with Roblox, Roblox shares your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar picture with us, with your permission. We use them to connect your Roblox account to your profile here and to sign you in. We never see your Roblox password, and we don't keep access to your Roblox account afterwards.

We also keep backup copies of the game data Arcane Blademasters saves on Roblox (such as progress and inventory) to protect it against loss. These copies are identified only by Roblox user ID. We use Roblox data only to run and improve our game and this site. We never sell it, never share it with advertisers or other third parties, and never use it to train AI. You can unlink Roblox at any time from your dashboard. When Roblox forwards a request to delete a player's data, we delete it from our backups too.

Reader codes on premium content

To protect premium content from piracy, every premium manga or webtoon page you open has a reader code drawn into the image, and premium chapters and episodes show the same code while you read or watch. The code is made from your account number and can only be traced back by us. It never includes your name, email address or anything else about you.

We use reader codes only to find the account behind a copy of our content that has been shared without permission, and then to enforce our Terms of Use. We don't use them to track what you do. Marked copies of pages are kept for up to 30 days so they load quickly, then deleted.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and protecting forms.

If you have an account, you are 18 or older and you haven't linked Roblox, we use advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok and Google while you're signed in. They tell those companies which of our pages you visit, along with a cookie or device identifier, so we can measure our ads and show Arcane Blademasters ads to you on their platforms. We don't give them your name, email address or other contact details. No pixels load for visitors who aren't signed in, for members under 18, or for accounts linked to Roblox.

Some pages play video or audio from Vimeo, YouTube or Spotify, which may set their own cookies when you press play. Their privacy policies apply to them.

Who we share information with

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers who work for us and must protect it and use it only for that work:

• Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), USPS (shipping rates and labels), our hosting providers, and Vimeo (video hosting);
• Roblox, only as part of signing in with Roblox;
• Meta, TikTok and Google, only the pixel data described above.

We may also disclose information if we believe it's required by law or legal process, to enforce our terms, to prevent fraud or harm, or to protect the rights and safety of FightingZs, our users or the public. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Your privacy choices and rights

• Personalized ads: turn off advertising pixels any time under "Don't use my visits for personalized ads" in your account settings. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, no pixels load.
• News emails: unsubscribe with the link in any news email or in your account settings.
• Access and correction: update your details in your account settings, or ask us for a copy of your information.
• Deletion: delete your account in your account settings once any subscription has ended, or ask us to. We keep order and billing records for seven years, as described in How long we keep it.
• Portability, restriction and objection: you can ask us to send your information to you in a usable format, or to limit or stop certain uses, where the law gives you that right.

To make a request, contact support and choose Privacy or data request — you never need an account to use your privacy rights. If you have one, you can send it from your account instead. We'll respond within 30 days (45 where state law allows) and won't treat you differently for using your rights. We may need to confirm your identity first.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Online Privacy Protection Act: in the past 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, IP address, Roblox user ID), commercial information (orders), internet activity on our sites, and approximate age, from the sources and for the purposes described above. We don't sell personal information. Sharing pixel data with ad platforms counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out as described in Your privacy choices, including with Global Privacy Control. We don't knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. You can use an authorized agent to make requests. Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new date.

How we protect it

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) on every page, hashed passwords and restricted staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee it, and we'll tell you about a breach affecting you as the law requires. Help by using a strong, unique password.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open, and delete it when you delete your account, with these exceptions:

• Order and billing history — what you bought, what you paid, the name, email and address it went to, and the IP address it was placed from — is kept for seven years after the purchase, for tax and accounting and to resolve payment disputes and chargebacks. Once your account is deleted it is no longer linked to you.
• Anything we need to resolve a dispute that is still open, or to prevent fraud.
• Game data backups are kept for 12 months. Your game data belongs to your Roblox account, not your account here, so deleting your account here doesn't remove it. To delete your game data, make the request through Roblox.

Other sites

Our sites link to other sites, including Roblox and social networks. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or on the site. Using the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
