Terms of use

Last updated September 24, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fightingzs.com, arcaneblademasters.com and our related websites, accounts, store, subscriptions, events and other offerings (the "Services"), and the text, images, video, episodes, chapters and other material on them ("Content"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Becoming Legendary LLC, doing business as FightingZs, with its registered office in Loudoun County, Virginia, United States ("FightingZs," "we," "us" and "our").

Who may use the Services

Anyone may browse the public parts of the Services. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only create an account, make a purchase or accept these Terms with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Services you agree to that collection and use, including storing and processing your information in the United States. Parents, see our page for parents.

Electronic communications

When you use the Services or email us, you communicate with us electronically. You agree to receive communications from us electronically, such as emails and notices on the Services, and that these satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. Some messages, like receipts, security notices and service announcements, are part of your account and can't be turned off. News emails are optional and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Your account

Give accurate information, including your email address and date of birth, and keep it up to date. You're responsible for your account and what happens under it, so use a strong password and keep it to yourself. We aren't liable for loss or damage caused by failing to protect your account. Don't use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or create an account for someone else.

You can sign in with email and password, or with Roblox. Signing in with Roblox for the first time creates an account here, and we ask for your name, email address and date of birth to finish it. You can also link Roblox to an account you already have.

Roblox

Arcane Blademasters is an experience on Roblox. Playing it is governed by Roblox's own terms. FightingZs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

If you link your Roblox account or sign in with Roblox on this site:

  • You agree to follow the Roblox Terms of Use.
  • These Terms are between you and us only, not Roblox.
  • Roblox is not affiliated with us or this site, and is not responsible or liable for anyone's use of it.
  • Roblox has no obligation to maintain or support this site.
  • You waive and release any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses against Roblox arising from or related to this site.

Nothing sold on this site is Robux or an in-game item. Website purchases unlock website content and physical goods only.

Our Content and your license

Arcane Blademasters is an original work. Apart from the openly licensed game-rules material described under Game rules and the SRD, all of it is owned by Becoming Legendary LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws around the world, in every form it takes: the game, the anime, the light novels, the manga, the webtoon, the reel dramas and anything we release later. That includes:

  • the characters, their names, likenesses, designs, personalities and backstories;
  • the world, its history and lore, places and factions, and our own creatures, classes, spells and items and the way the Codex presents them;
  • the stories, plots, scripts, dialogue, episodes, chapters and pages;
  • the artwork, animation, music, sound, video, logos and the look of the Services.

Arcane Blademasters is a work of fiction. Its names, characters, places and events are the products of imagination or are used fictitiously, and any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or to actual places or events is purely coincidental.

Arcane Blademasters, FightingZs, their logos and emblems, and the names and likenesses of our characters are trademarks of Becoming Legendary LLC, whether or not they are marked with ™ or ®. Nothing in these Terms gives you the right to use them.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and enjoy the Content through the Services for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, download, record, re-upload, sell, translate, adapt or distribute Content, make merchandise from it, use it to train AI models, or remove any notices, except where a feature of the Services lets you, the fan content rules below allow it, or we give you written permission.

None of this covers what isn't ours to claim. Game mechanics, rules and systems as such aren't owned by anyone. The classes, races, spells, creatures and rules text we use from the SRD 5.1 (see Game rules and the SRD), such as a wizard, an elf or a fireball, stay under the Creative Commons license they were released with, and nothing in these Terms limits what you may do with that material under it. What we claim is our own work: our characters, world and stories, our art, our wording and the way we have put the game together.

Ideas, feedback and suggestions you send us are voluntary, and we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

Fan content

We love seeing what our community makes. As long as you follow these rules, you may:

  • stream and post videos of yourself playing the game, and earn money from them through the platform's own programs (such as ads, memberships and tips);
  • make and share fan art, fan fiction, cosplay and discussion of our characters and stories for non-commercial purposes.

You may use the name Arcane Blademasters to describe your content, in titles, descriptions and tags, and use screenshots and clips of your own gameplay, including in thumbnails. You may not:

  • use our logos or emblem in thumbnails, channel art, profile pictures or anywhere else;
  • call your content or channel "official", or use a channel name, username or handle that could be mistaken for ours (such as "ArcaneBlademastersOfficial");
  • use our promotional key art as the main image of a thumbnail.

Fan content must not suggest it is official or endorsed by us, must not be sold (including as prints, merchandise or commissions of our characters), and must not include our premium content or large parts of our free episodes and chapters. We may ask you to take down fan content at any time, and you agree to do so.

Premium content and piracy

Premium episodes and chapters are licensed to your account alone. Episodes, chapters, seasons and volumes you buy stay on your account for as long as it's open and we offer that content on the Services; anything you open through a series pass or membership stays available while the pass or membership covers it, and the pass covers only the items we mark as included. You may not share your account or sign-in, or copy, screenshot, screen-record, download, scrape or post premium content anywhere, in whole or in part, or help anyone else do so.

Each premium page is marked with a reader code that identifies the account it was opened on, and premium chapters and episodes show that code while you read or watch. The code doesn't include your name or email address. If premium content appears somewhere it shouldn't, we use the code to find the account it came from. We may then suspend or close that account without a refund, cancel its passes and membership, and take legal action, including for damages and to have the copies removed. See our Privacy Policy for how reader codes work.

Game rules and the SRD

Arcane Blademasters is compatible with fifth edition. Part of its rule set is built on material released under a Creative Commons license, and we have changed that material substantially: magic points multiply a spell's power instead of being spent, fatigue replaces a pool of daily castings, a saving throw decides whether a status effect lands rather than reducing damage, attack rolls carry no separate proficiency bonus, and our ability scores, levels, damage types and resistances use our own values. Class, race, spell, creature and effect names that appear in both, and rules text drawn from it, are used under the license below. We don't claim ownership of that material, and anyone may use it under the same license.

This work includes material taken from the System Reference Document 5.1 ("SRD 5.1") by Wizards of the Coast LLC and available at https://dnd.wizards.com/resources/systems-reference-document. The SRD 5.1 is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License available at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.

Section 5 of CC-BY-4.0 includes a Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability that limits the licensor's liability to us and to you.

Content you send us

You keep your rights in what you send us, such as support messages and quiz answers. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, copy and process it to run and improve the Services and respond to you. You confirm you have the right to send it. We may remove anything that breaks these Terms or the law.

If you believe something on the Services infringes your copyright, contact support and choose Copyright notice, with the details.

Using the Services

Use the Services only in line with these Terms and the law. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services at any time, set limits on use, and remove Content or accounts without liability to you. We may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms; banned accounts are not entitled to a refund.

We may access, keep and disclose information when we reasonably believe it's necessary to comply with the law or a legal request, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or security problems, respond to support requests, or protect the rights, property or safety of FightingZs, our users or the public. Some features, events or offers may have extra terms, which become part of these Terms when you use them and control if they conflict.

Misuse of the Services

Don't interfere with the Services or access them other than through the interfaces we provide. In particular, don't:

  • access, tamper with or use non-public areas of the Services or our providers' systems;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system, or get around any security or authentication measure;
  • crawl, scrape or use automated means to access the Services without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer or decompile our software, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • send false or misleading source information, spam, viruses or anything that overloads or disrupts the Services;
  • harass or target other people, abuse reporting or support features, or help anyone else do these things.

Events and tournaments

Each event or tournament may have its own rules, schedule, venue terms and eligibility requirements, shown on its listing, and you agree to them when you register or attend. We may change or cancel events, disqualify anyone who cheats or breaks the rules, and remove anyone who is disruptive or unsafe. Our events have a no-solicitation policy: no unauthorized selling, promotions, recruiting, side events or distribution of materials. Anyone who breaks it may be removed without a refund.

Purchases

  • Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship a physical item or grant access to a digital one; your receipt or order confirmation only means we received the order. We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including after you've paid, for example because of an error in price, description or image, because an item is unavailable, because we suspect fraud or an unauthorized purchase, or because the order goes beyond a quantity limit or looks like it's for resale. If we cancel after charging you, we refund what you paid for the cancelled items to your original payment method.
  • Prices and errors: prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the one you pay. Despite our efforts, a price, description or image may occasionally be wrong because of a typographical or other error. We aren't bound by such an error. We may correct it, and cancel any order placed at the wrong price, or contact you with the correct price and let you choose whether to go ahead.
  • Colors, images and sizes: we try to show products as accurately as we can, but colors vary between screens and devices, and photos, mockups and renders may differ slightly from the item you receive. Printed and embroidered placement, fabric, finish and sizing can vary a little from item to item, measurements are approximate, and packaging may change. These small differences aren't defects.
  • Availability: products are available while supplies last, and limited editions may sell out. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve it, and we may limit quantities per order, per account or per household.
  • Shipping, taxes and duties: shipping costs and sales tax are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not promises. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees, which are your responsibility and aren't included in our prices, and customs may delay delivery.
  • Payment: payments are processed by Stripe; we don't see or store your full card number.
  • Personal use: tickets, passes, subscriptions and digital purchases are personal and can't be transferred or resold unless we say otherwise.

If a physical product isn't as described, contact support within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right, as described under Refunds.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing page of your account; you keep access until the end of the paid term and then lose access to subscriber-only Content. We don't accept cancellations by email or phone. If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again for a period and email you; access ends if payment isn't made. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes to an existing subscription. Changing plans is prorated automatically. Free or trial access may be changed or ended at any time.

Random rewards

Some in-game items are awarded at random, including daily reward spins, mystic eggs and heartstone cores. The odds for every one of them are published at drop rates. Where local law restricts paid random items, those features are unavailable in that country.

Coupons and gift cards

Coupons can't be combined unless stated, are valid only during their promotion, and are single-use up to their value. Gift cards and coupons have no cash value, are non-refundable, and expire 12 months after issue unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

  • Digital purchases and subscriptions (premium access, episodes, e-books and other downloads) are final once access is granted. If you can't access something you bought, contact support and we'll fix it.
  • Event tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the event.
  • Physical products may be returned unopened, unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact support first for a return authorization. Refunds exclude shipping, and return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Damaged, defective, misprinted or lost items: report them through support within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll make it right.
  • Items made or shipped by third-party print partners can't be returned for wrong sizes or change of mind. You're responsible for reshipping costs if a package is returned because of an incorrect address or goes unclaimed.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under law.

Advertising

If you are 18 or older and have not linked Roblox, we may use advertising pixels while you are signed in to measure our ads and show you our ads on other platforms. We don't share your name or contact details with ad partners and we don't sell your personal information. You can opt out at any time in your account settings. See the privacy policy.

Closing your account

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your account settings. An account with an active subscription can't be deleted: cancel it from the billing page, keep your access until the end of the paid term, and delete your account once it ends. Until then these Terms keep applying. We may suspend or close your account, or stop providing all or part of the Services, if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, acted unlawfully, have been inactive for a long time, or if providing the Services is no longer commercially viable. We'll try to tell you by email or when you next sign in. If you think we closed your account by mistake, contact support — no account needed. The sections on privacy, Content, disclaimers and limits of liability, misuse and general terms survive.

The Services are provided "as is"

Your use of the Services and Content is at your own risk. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." "FightingZs Entities" means Becoming Legendary LLC, its parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE FIGHTINGZS ENTITIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, and make no promise about the accuracy, availability, security or reliability of the Services or Content; about harm to your device or loss of data; about the deletion of, or failure to store or send, any Content; or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Game progress and items in Arcane Blademasters are stored and controlled by Roblox.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FIGHTINGZS ENTITIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY OTHER USER OR THIRD PARTY; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

General

We may revise these Terms. Changes aren't retroactive; the current version is always on this page, and we'll try to tell you about material changes by email or on the Services. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept them.

These Terms and any dispute between you and us are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought only in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia or the state courts of Loudoun County, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to take part in a class, collective or representative action, and any claim must be brought within one year of the events it's based on.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls.
