Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the bottom of your Settings. To confirm, type Delete Account and enter your password.

Have a membership? An account with an active membership can't be deleted. Cancel it from your billing page — you keep your access until the end of the period you've paid for — and you can delete your account once it ends.

What happens to your information

• Your support tickets, cart, watch and reading progress, quiz results and premium access are deleted.
• Order and billing records are kept for seven years for tax and legal reasons, as our Privacy Policy explains, but they're no longer linked to you.
• Your Roblox account and your progress in the game aren't affected. To remove game data, contact Roblox — they pass deletion requests on to us.

Deleting can't be undone.
