For parents

Our For Parents page covers everything in one place. The short version:

• Accounts are for ages 13 and up, and players aged 13 to 17 need your permission to create an account or buy anything.
• The website has no chat or social features.
• Chat, spending and play time in the game are managed with Roblox's parental controls.

To protect your child, we never send their information to anyone, including someone who tells us they're the parent: we have no way to check. Instead:

• Orders on this website: sit with your child while they sign in and open My Account, then Orders.
• Robux purchases and play time: use a parent account on Roblox linked to your child's, through Roblox's parental controls. Roblox verifies that link.
• Deleting an account: your child can delete it from their Settings. If a child under 13 has made an account here, contact support and choose Parent or guardian request; we confirm with the account's own email address, then delete it.
